One beautiful thing I love about music, art and hey maybe even media in general, is its physical reach. By physical I mean it is physically imprinted in the neurons of thousands of people across the world. It's there, however ghostly and abstract its form may be. It might spontaneously resurface without their consent, whether they loved it or hated it, perhaps decades into the future. It’s irretrievably entangled in their crystallised experience. You have physically changed them, however subtly.
